Our customers can expect superior customer service.  We strive to provide a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

We provide weekly curbside and valet sanitation services in the Dawsonville, Cumming, and west Lake Lanier areas.  We service the Dawson, Forsyth, and Gainesville (limited).

If you find that 1 Family Size Trash Can doesn't suit your needs, add as many as you need for an additional monthly fee.​

Weekly Pick-Up
We will service your location once a week.  Any changes to your service will be communicated to you well in advance.

Service Requirements

Residential Waste LLC requests that all customers adhere to the following requirements:

  • Please have all cans ready for service by 4:00 AM on the day of pick up. (If your can is not out, then we cannot service it.).  Any location who's bins are not available for service when the driver arrives will have to wait until their next scheduled service day.  If the customer cannot wait until their next scheduled service day, then there will be a $30.00 "go back" fee charged to the account before the driver will return to service the location.

  • While we all have a couple of bags of extra garbage occasionally, if we find that your location consistently has more garbage than your service provides for. Please contact the office to add a container for an additional monthly fee.  Repeated excess garbage will be left.  If you have a special situation that has generated an excessive amount of garbage, then please call the office and let us know so that we can make arrangements for service. 

  • ​Please make sure that items that you do not wish to have disposed of are NOT touching or sitting on top your can.  Any items that are touching or sitting on top of your can can be reasonably assumed to be garbage and will be disposed of.  Residential Waste LLC does not assume any liability if something that should not have been disposed of is picked up in these cases.​

  • If there is a problem or concern, then please communicate with all Residential Waste LLC employees respectfully.



  • Please place all cans at the end of the driveway.


Valet: $10 additional per month

  • Please understand that valet service is a courtesy service provided in addition to our standard residential service and that the company reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time.

  • If your location has a gate that restricts access your property, then please provide the gate code to Residential Waste LLC, or leave the gate open on your service day. 

  • If you have aggressive animals on your property, then please restrain them on your service day.  Unrestrained animals will result in your cans remaining unserviced.

  • Please assure that there is enough room at your location for the truck to turn around.  If we cannot turn around at your location, then you will have to bring your can to the end of your driveway.  This is for the safety of our drivers and the preservation of your property.​

  • We are not responsible for:​

    • Broken Driveways​

    • Broken Limbs or shrubbery

Unacceptable Materials (Hazardous Household Waste):

  • Gas Cylinders 

  • Motor Oil or Gasoline

  • Wet Paint 

  • Construction Materials

  • Furniture

  • Wood

  • Metal

Garbage Can Policy

Trash containers remain the property of Residential Waste, LLC and are provided to our

customers for the duration of service. There will be a fee for any wheeled container in need of repair or

replacement due to negligence or misuse. Upon cancellation of service, the trash container will be

scheduled for removal. If the container is not recovered, or is lost or stolen, then the account will be

charged $125.00 to cover the cost of our lost property.
